The First Image Of Level 0.

Level 0 Is The 1st Level Of The Downrooms, And The First Level Many Encounter When They Enter The Downrooms.

Description:

Level 0 Is A Presumably Infinite Maze Of Yellow Corridors, Walls, And Partially Functional Lights. These Lights Are Presumed To Be Electrically Powered, As They Don't Produce Any Signs Of Florescent Humming; Plus, There Are Reports Of The Lights Flickering And Randomly Shutting Off. Speaking Of Randomly Shutting Off, There Are Cases Where A Cluster Of Lights Poorly Fluctuates, Causing Periods Of Total Darkness In One Area Of Level 0. During These Periods, The Only Standard Entities Observed In This Level, Smilers Will Appear. This Is Thought To Be A Warning That Encourages Wanderers To Get Out Of The Area.

Windows That Are Commonly Observed Near Bright Locations Are Considered Safe And Have No Effects When One Gets Too Close. Any Active Windows Found In Level 0 Display Pretty Dark Versions Of Moving Images Of A Backrooms Level One Has Been For The Most Amount Of Time, Though, It Couldn't Be Determined If It Is Precisely Synchronized With The Backrooms.

This Level Has Been Thought To Be A Non-Euclidean Space, As Navigation Systems Don't Work The Best Here And There Are Hallways That Take Extremely Sharp Turns. Also, Much Of This Space Is Altered Drastically; It Is Possible To Turn Around And End Up Back Where One Has Started, And Walking In A Straight Line Will Result In Another Section Of Rooms. This Could Make Finding A Base Or Other People Much, Much Harder, But Still Not Impossible. This Could Also Make Sightings Of Entities Even Rarer, Making The Level Very Isolating And Will Slowly And Drastically Lower Your Sanity, So Keep A Bottle Of Almond Water On You At All Costs. Plus, Even If It's Hard, Keep Going Until You See Base Or Outpost.

How To Enter:

There Are About 3 Ways To Enter.

  • Sometimes, You May End Up Here Instead Of Backrooms When Noclipping Out Of Reality.
  • Houses In Level 15 That Look Yellow On The Outside May Send One Here When Entered.

How To Exit:

  • When Wandering Far Enough Into Level 0, One May Come Across A Staircase. These Stairs Will Lead One To Level 1.
  • If One Noclips Through This Level, They Will Be Sent To Level -0.
  • Noclip Through A Gray Wall To Go To Level 0.1.
